I had high expectations for Java Jaay Coffeehouse, but my recent visit to the 1721 6th Avenue Southeast, Decatur, AL 35601 location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.

If you're ever in 1721 6th Avenue Southeast, Decatur, AL 35601, you've got to check out Java Jaay Coffeehouse. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
