We stopped by last night at your KK & was waited on by Jalen ! He was super sweet, very friendly & had a bubbly attitude that was contagious to all. He made our visit one of the very best !!! I hope he can be rewarded in some way because he was so outgoing & friendly to all. Thanks Jalen for a wonderful night at KK in Mobile ! Wish we lived closer so we could see your smiling face daily !!! Keep up the great work.

It was extremely busy the day we went in because of the limited edition eclipse doughnuts but the line moved quickly and they were very nice even in the midst of chaos!!!

I got to Krispy Kreme around 9am drive thru way moving fast! I only spent about 20 min In all to get my doughnuts for .80 cent! It was well worth the wait! They tasted amazing & were fresh! Staff was friendly

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme! It’s the only donuts I’ll eat and I have always loved watching them being made and so does my daughter, but I tried to bring Mardi Gras beads (for the Augusta evens children in return a free box of donuts) last year to this mobile location and the people working told me they didn’t do that, I showed them a add I found on Facebook like they sponsor and was told it was fake, waisted my time and gas bringing them up there!! I sure hope Krispy Kreme tells all of their employees about excepting beads!!

Always sold out of the good promo items (two days in a row for cake batter doughnuts) ... even when the red light is on

I love Krispy Kreme but I made a special trip just to try the coffee glazed donuts this morning and I was disappointed with the donut. The service was fine, it was just that the flavor I was expecting wasn't there. It tasted more like an original.

Went for chocolate glaze donuts this morning and they were most definitely not glazed, but frosted. I was expecting a thin chocolate glaze that dries down on the donut, what I got was thick and sticky chocolate frosting that had been poured on the donuts. They looked nothing like the advertisements I have been seeing for chocolate glaze.

Every time I go to this location they are always out of the glazed and special donuts. This has happened already 4 times to me.

Customer service has gone down hill. I called ALL day yesterday and never got an answer. I’ve sent 3 FB messages and no replies. My kids were going on a school trip and I wanted to order 20 dozen doughnuts to take to all the students this morning. Never got a response. My daughter was very disappointed because HOT KK’s are her favorite. Shame!

When I pull up to a drive through to pick up my doughnuts that I ordered and paid for, I don't expect to see employees at the window gossiping about someone and calling someone a b@*@**. The 3 women were being very unprofessional. Not only were they unprofessional, but rude with my order. She handed me a dozen, and I told her that I had the number 2 combo. She rolled her eyes and turned around to go grab another dozen. She basically threw the doughnuts out of the window to me. I will not be back.

Went to Krispy Kream donuts and the donuts taste like they had been sitting there a week. I called and talked to the manger (Jermine) and he didn't care, no, I'm sorry, nothing. I can come back and we will replace them. Well, I don't work in that area and it's not like I can just jump in the car and go get some whenever I want too. Very disappointed in Krispy Kream. They should have taken a day off after solar eclipse to rest so maybe the donuts would taste better. Next time go to Walmart or Dunkin Donuts because I'm sure their donuts taste better and they want happy customers unlike Krispy Kream. ���

This is the most ridiculous Krispy Kreme I've ever been to!! If I could give you a zero I would. On Krispy Kreme's website it list hot light hours. Then when you get to the store they have changed them themselves!! Talked to the manager which by the way was rude!! It seems like this Krispy Kreme does whatever it feels like. I realize it's a franchise, but you still have to follow corporate rules!! This is false advertising too. I won't be back to this location and will speed the word about the horrible service provided here!!

Terrible customer service, the cashier was rude and didn't even let us finish our order, when we got to window we had to tell her then she huffed and rolled her eyes. We don't live close so we went out of our way to go there. I won't even go there about the donuts.

Normally I love Krispy Kreme, but they really dropped the ball today. We ordered a variety dozen of donuts in the drive-thru. First, the lady speaking over the intercom was terribly rude, and then she didn't take down our order after asking us to state it multiple times. As a result, the lady at the drive-thru window was clueless as to what we ordered when we got there. We stated again, and both she and the other lady with the headset on proceeded to make snarky comments as they packed the box. When we got home, we discovered that only 4 of the dozen donuts were what we requested. So, I called to speak with whomever was running the establishment tonight. No answer. They're busy I'm sure, so I call again. This time, someone picks up the phone and slams it down. I try my best to let things roll off of my shoulders, but this was pretty upsetting. I hope they improve in the future, but I certainly don't want to go back to this franchise for a while. I feel that this treatment of customers is unacceptable, and I hope something is done about it.

I went to get a dozen cream filled pink hearts for the adult Sunday School class for tomorrow and a dozen for us! Got home they didn't have cream! I hope the other dozen has cream since they are a gift to the elder from me and my class! This is not the first time this has happened! One year I got a dozen pumpkins that were supposed to have cream...none had it! Now these special holiday ones have no glaze so that makes for a dry donut! Love the taste of Krispy Kreme! But would really like to get what I ask for !!

I was told they were out of glazed donuts for an hour���� So I had to come back later. Glazed are the only kind I eat. Except pumpkin spice and its seasonal.

I was there this morning and after waiting 15 minutes or more I was not able to bring doughnuts to my office. 6am no hot doughnuts 6:07 no hot doughnuts. Had to leave and get to work.

I ordered a dozen blueberry glazed doughnuts , and a dozen oringinal glazed none of my blueberry glazed looked like the picture... instead they looked like regular glazed doughnuts with black sprinkles on top, manager was mad because I was mad, and took 10 minutes before he even brought me my money back after I wanted a refund. My fiancé and I ate ONE OF the original glazed and GOT SICK.. I will never order here again...
