What sets this McDonalds apart from others is it plays Christian music in its lobby on Saturday night I stopped in after church & I was pleased to hear what I did. Food was prepared fast & was what I expected for fast food. Lobby was clean as it should be. Bathroom visibility clean & smelled clean. I was overall pleased.

We were traveling through on our way to Jacksonville and we stopped at McDonald’s. The bathroom was very clean.

This Mcdonalds is above all the ones I have ever visited in this area, new management is eager to please the customer.So get out there & give them a try.

I have to admit they have Improved on customer service , especially helping seniors with new machines to order .Food is good too.

Great staff and always clean. Food is always great there. They always have super quick service and the food is always hot and cooked perfect. Best McDonald's in Etowah county in my opinion.

The workers at this location are EXTREMELY RUDE & cannot take an order correctly. Went through the drive thru and ordered a #7 mcnugget meal & TWO Mcpick 2 for $2.50. After having to repeat myself over and over and then repeated myself multiple times at the pick up window with several workers talking to me like I was stupid, I FINALLY got what I ordered! This location needs to be evaluated and consider hiring a new crew that can respect their customers and be friendly! So un professional!!! �

Just read the other reviews. Problems here start at the top and filter down to the employees. There's a reason thisbplace has a constant help wanted sign out.

How hard is it seriously to just get what you ordered through the drive thru?? Placed my order, they repeat it back correctly but somewhere between the ordering and it being handed to you something goes horribly wrong!!! I just dont understand at all!!!

Whats the story with plastic cups instead of styrofoam. I wont be back until the styrofoam cups are back.

Went by there today order 2 double hamburger plain, I looked at the screen it was right, I paid and it was right. Got up to pickup my order an had to wait and wait, I was then told to move up and wait some more. Well I got my order,how do you mess up a plain double hamburger,, well you do by putting cheese on it,,i got one plain and one with cheese,,I had to go back around to get it fixed, not an oh I'm sorry,,this placed is so bad. you better check your order before leaving,cause it will not be right.

PLEASE!!! As much as I pay for a large ice coffee can it please be right!! I tell you at the drive through window & then again at the pick up window! Large ice mocha non fat milk....no caramel, no vanilla...those 2 things don't even come in an ice mocha but yall love to throw them in everytime even after I ask you not to! Guess I need to start traveling across town for coffee!

Multiple times foods been wrong. Waited behind one car for 5minutes for the cashier to chit chat while no one else was in front of them. Today I ordered a coffee and received steamed milk. After calling and telling them, they did not offer to fix it and give me what I ordered or fix it in any way. From now on I'll drive a little further from home and get Wendy's.

I'm not really one to critique or complain about the service I recieve in restaurants or fast food services so this will be the first time and possibly the last. I just have to say (DO NOT) go to the McDonalds in Glencoe tonight, "they're so busy" when you get to the speaker the lady who answered was a B****, and then they can't get simple orders right. I called them to complain and then I get rudely hung up on before anything was said...so I called back twice more and got the same treatment until the 4th time calling when the "manager" the same lady who took my order answered and was completely rude as hell complaining about how "busy" they are. Seriously there's several others working and there were only 5 vehicles there tops. Seriously she could have screwed up an order for someone who had anaphylaxis! I ate a bite of it before knowing my order was screwed up. You know if you can't take your time to get your orders correct you shouldn't be working in that kind of profession. My husband works for Honda, he works on 300+ cars a day and if he screws up he gets written up, if to many mess ups it can cost someone their life or him to lose his job, and she's going to complain about them being "so busy" and proceeded to tell me to bring the food back tomorrow, I don't have gas to run all over gods creation to have someone else correct their mistake, plus I had other mouths to feed and children to tend to.

I just now came threw drive thru its 1243 pm an the girl in drive thru is so rude an gave us cups with our drinks all over the side i had to ask for napkins an has a none ppl person attitude just rude absolutely rude an the manager standing right beside her had to ask if we needes something because she rudely shut the window in our faces........will never come back an we are regulars!!!

I had to put 1 star so I could give a review but this place doesn't deserve any stars. Today was my 2nd time in there within a month and the service was horrible again today. The 1st was a manager yelling at her employees and belittling them in front of customers. My husband and I walked out because of that. So today I went in to order for myself, my mom and my aunt. One register open, that was ok. There was a man in front of me that ordered 10 cheeseburgers and 4 fish sandwiches. Well I am guessing the short grey spiked haired lady was a manager. She was wearing an orange shirt and black pants, I guess she didn't like that order because she yells are these 10 cheese burgers for that fat girl out there!!! Then she laughed but no one laughed with her. Well I'm the only one standing there so she was referring to me. The girl at the register just looked at me and said no, the man over there ordered them. Needless to say I could have lashed back but I didn't. I am filing a complaint with McDonald's for yet again very rude and poor customer service. I did call the store to complain from my car because I'm not one to cause a scene and the lady hung up in me. So McDonald's you have just lost my family and me as customers. I know this will not effect your corporation but I want others to know if they go in McDonald's of Glencoe, be prepared to hear them belittle their employees and call their customers fat!

I had the worst experience at this location yesterday. I arrived around 12:30pm needing to eat really quick to be somewhere by 1:15pm. I understand traffic is typically heavy at that time but to only have 4 employees on the job at that time was poor management. (I never saw a manager, by the way.) There were 4 people in front of me and I stood in line for 25 minutes before ever ordering. The line was out the door and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. They had an older lady on the front register that was taking orders and filling orders for the front while the others worked the drivethru. I am typically a patient and understanding person and would have had extreme sympathy for her had her attitude been better. Numerous times I heard her state that she would not take any more orders until she filled waiting orders. There was a period of time that we stood for over 10 minutes with her back to the line out the door. When we finally got I order I politely reminded her that I got BBQ sauce not honey mustard for my nuggets. She snatched them out of the bin, threw them on my tray and said "Well, don't you think you are special?" I need you to understand that I never criticized her service nor asked to complain. That is the only statement I made to her. I turned around to the line and stated "If waiting almost 30 minutes for my fast food, and expecting it to be right makes me special then I guess I am." If I had not been on a time schedule I would have demanded to see a manager. I've never been treated like that. I spent my hard earned $20 there and expected to be treated with respect. I understand she was stressed but it was not our fault. Where was a manager? Who runs a busy location at Sunday lunch without leadership?? I will not be back.

Employees in drive thru were yelling at other employees while ringing up my order. In the front drive thru one employee was cussing at another employee as she is handing me my drink. Awful service.
