Worst McDonald's ever.. you need to just do away with this one completely.. food sucks management sucks.. everybody that works here sucks.. this place will make you hate life it sucks so bad... lol...

Went late last night and just to get a few burgers it took over an hour. I at least expected my food to be fresh for such a long wait but was highly disappointed. The night crew is completely pathetic. Might as well fire them and start over

To the owner of this one, your employees that open in the morning are very, very bad at customer service. They act like they are mad because people come there early in the morning. I was trying to find a place to start getting breakfast for my guys a few times a week. Let's just say I went a couple of doors down. It's about $150 each morning. FYI - not good having employees smoking all around the damn entrance.

The staff is super unantentive to the customers and their needs. They take an order but apparently the cooks and baggers don’t read with understanding as they always get the orders wrong.

So me and my sister in law were at the Mc Donalds in semmes I order a double cheese for myself and food for my daughter and I noticed that it was like .60 cents more than a mc double.... which I thought were the same thing.... but apparently not. So I very politely said can I just change it to the 2.50 meal since it included fries to the cashier.... she proceeded to tell me it was too late for that... so I asked to speak to a manager because I could tell she had an attitude. As this girl was walking away she proceeded to call me cheap. Other employees tried to say she was saying something else but i heard her correctly. When the manager came up I told her I wanted a refund. The whole time this girl and her friends are rattling on about me and laughing. Manager said nothing. I certainly hope this isn't how business is conducted at this establishment and it will be handled. There was a very polite employee that was on break that did apologize to me as we were leaving.

Ordered at the Drive thru. I could tell at the speaker she wasn’t listening to our order. Double checked our order at the first window to pay. At the second window- received our food, checked the bag, and told them we were missing an order of French fries. I was told then told I could come inside to pay for more and she shut the window. I waited a second, told her I had ordered them, and she said “well they weren’t paid for so you can drive thru again or come inside.” After leaving, realized they also forgot the ketchup and gave us sprite instead of the Diet Coke we ordered. The customer service was terrible!

On January 22, 2016, my son opened his breakfast to discover his sausage biscuit already had jelly on it and had a huge bite taken out of it. When brought to the manager's attention, she laughed! This place will NEVER receive my business again. Worst customer service EVER!! Wonder if she would be laughing while standing in the unemployment line, which is exactly where she needs to be, along with every other employee working this morning. When asked for the number to the general manager, she refused to give it!! Stay away from here!!!!

My husband just ordered two sausage Mcgriddles "add cheese" the lady in the drive thru repeated the order back to him correctly, he gets all the way home with two Mcgriddles with Cheese only no sausage, he immediately drives all the way back to return the order and the Manager was extremely rude and said they didn't charge you for sausage? And, tried to argue that he ordered cheese Mcgriddles! I've been going to that mcdonalds since I was a kid, but after today we will not be back!!!

I'm a bartender and Every time I come to your restaurant drive through after a long night at work it's between 2 and 4 am in the morning which shouldn't be a problem because y'all claim to be a 24 hour store ! Well these are a list of things I hear when trying to order ... Our system is down its gonna be about 45 mins , we are changing to breakfast ( at 2am ) , pure silence no one says anything , we are doing the change of day it's gonna be about 30 mins , .... Now this is all the time . I think I've actually gotten food from here like 2 times around those times ..I am not exaggerating this is true . And I'm never the only one that is in the drive through wanting to order food ..I spoke with the store manager to get Intel on what's going on in this store between 2 and 4am to cause them not to take orders at these times and she didn't see a reason and even said it don't take but 5 mins to do change of day and that they don't change to breakfast til 4am so no excuse but laziness !!! you need to change your hours of operation if you cannot serve for 2 hours each night ...really getting tired of it ...and I hope someone will get to the bottom of this but I'm not gonna hold my breath I know McDonald's don't care about their customers because if they did they would serve people like me that don't get off work til 2am dinner or even breakfast ...

I had the pleasure of sipping on some coffee at Mcdonald'S today. Nestled in 7749 Moffett Rd, Mobile, Alabama 36618, it's a quaint coffee joint with a chill vibe. The iced coffee I ordered was refreshing, and the staff were friendly. If you're in the area, give it a shot.
