I've been kicked out of numerous fast food places arrested at a few this place fun.. although were not amused when I renacted a scene from my favorite Japanese bukkae porn with the mayo... I wasn't robbed in the parking lot like the last time I went to Arby's in Anniston... parents didn't like when I claimed the play ground as my own or when I slid naked down the slide... I would book my cousin's birthday party here.... if they didn't file a no trespassing order on me...

This place is awful!! Unclean!! Unprofessional and ignorant workers! They let another customer go thru my bag to see if it was their order because the worker was too stupid to figure it out. The customer fondled my fry's and opened my box with the burger in it. Then proceeded to lift the top bun to check it. Said nope not mine. They then walked to my truck and just handed it to me! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never, ever visiting a McDonald's again. This resturant hires the dumbest of the dumb! Have never got my order right the first time EVER! And now this? I swear if I walked in and seen the cook scratching his balls with the spatchula it wouldn't surprise me. Mcdonalds Sucks!

This place is a horrible place to work. People do not go to work there nor let your children work there, unless you like the idea of the manager(Jackie) saying insulting things about you or them. Plus they like serving food that is clearly out of date. I noticed that a lot of the other reviews are about how bad the service is, this is because when a place of business has a manager that is insulting her employees she can't keep anyone so she always have to train new people.

This place can't seem to get orders right. They either don't put all the food in the bag or it's completely the wrong order. They're worse now then they were before it burned down.

People wonder why others don't shop local... This restaurant has only 1 compitant employee Grace who has been with them for years. Other managers there care nothing about customer care or cleanliness of the store roaches were seen by a MANAGER and nothing done at that moment. The managers dismiss you if they don't want to hear they are in the wrong. I sat there for at least 10 minutes and had to ask for my money back because they kept giving orders of the same thing I had ordered to other waiting cars. The owners of this business are wonderful people and its a shame they have such poor workers there. They are killing your business maybe more time spent there or pop ins would help. I say extreme measures should be taken on the management of this store. They definitely are not representing the brand of Deck Foods.

I GAVE IT A 1, BECAUSE ZERO WAS NOT AN OPTION. THIS IS NO WAY TO ROLL OUT A RE-OPEN. No cars in the drive thru. But yet they got orange pylons keeping you from going too the place your order area. NO, U HAVE TO COME IN FROM THE MAINSTREET SIDE, SIMPLE SIMONS SIDE AND GO ON A JOY RIDE AROUND THEIR NEW BUILDING, LIKE THEY WANT YOU TO LOOM AT WHAT THEY BUILT. NOT THAT THEY WANT U TO PULL UP AND ORDER & GIVE THEM SOME MONEY. BUT DRIVE AROUND THE BUILDING THEN COME THRU THEIR DRIVE THRU. SO I DID THAT. DROVE RITE AROUND THEIR NEW BUILDING

AS A MATTER OF FACT I FOLLOWED THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. AND WE DROVE OUT OF THEIR NEW COMPOUND AND DROVE RITE TO JACK'S. WHERE THERE WAS A LINE OF CARS AND NO WHAT? PYLONS !. AND I GAVE JACK'S MY $7.50. WHERE THEY ACTUALLY THANKED ME AND ASKED ME TO COME BACK AGAIN. AND I WILL.

Mcdonald'S left me disappointed. The coffee was subpar, and the pastries were stale. I won't be giving the 111 US Hwy 278 Byp E, Piedmont, Alabama 36272 location another chance.

Mcdonald'S remains my top choice for coffee. The baristas consistently craft the perfect latte, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere at the 111 US Hwy 278 Byp E, Piedmont, Alabama 36272 location makes it my sanctuary for relaxation.
