Their signage states the lobby and drive-thru are open 24 hours. This is a lie. No hours posted on the door. Uncaring employees ignored me from inside....the ignored the telephone. Who needs this kind of hassle?????

Just left the McDonald at Pinson. The rudest people I have ever seen. Went though the drive through, my daughter ordered a 10 piece combo and when she got to the window to pay they overcharges her and she just stated that she thought it was another amount and the woman run her card never responded to her handed the card and recipt to her and quickly shut the window without a word when she give her the food she opened the window and almost threw it at her she barely got it in her hand and the window was shut before my daughter could say anything. The person never asked if she needed anything and with us still sitting there she turned her back to us. My daughter tried several times to call the store on our way home but no one would answer. If it wasn't for being so late and having ill kids in the van I would have taken the food in asked for my money back and taken my business some where else. Won't be back and won't recomed this place to anyone else. Only give them one star but they don't deserve that

Highly irritated!!! I was in line for 35min, I was semi okay with the first 10 minutes because I felt they was taking one customer at at time... Several cars pulled off due to the long wait. I sat at the ordring speaker for 10 minutes . I got so frustrated I pulled around all the lights were on others were looking on the inside also. We thought they had gotten robbed, but then we saw a young man walking around in the back. The other two cars along with myself back around to the drive in lane and we waited nobody came to take our order.



I highly pissed off, if you didn't want to be at work You should have stayed at home or turned the lights out. People missed their lunch breaks dealing with you all shenanigans. The district manager needs to do pop up at random times.

Mcdonald'S is a coffee paradise. The attention to detail in brewing is unmatched. The cozy nooks are perfect for enjoying your brew in peace.

Mcdonald'S is the embodiment of coffee perfection. The nitro cold brew I had was an experience in itself, and the barista's knowledge made it even better. This is my coffee sanctuary.
