I would like to see the drive-through be a little bit more faster. It was a little slow tonight when I went by there. The food was good, well prepared. Please start taking the McDonalds iPhone app.

Food was ok but my fries were slightly over done and cold. And they gave my son expired Apple slices in his happy meal. I went to exchange them and the counter cashier was kind enough to exchange them for me. But, I guess she didn't know where to look for the expiration date or she just didn't care at all to look. So after telling her 3 times that she had still handed me expired apples I gave up on trying to ask for apples that were still in date and refused to left my son eat the Apple slices... And as a former manager for MCD in Texas, i already have this expectation of how the food and service should be, only to be completely disappointed with this entire situation.

Ordered off the $2 menu, s sausage mcgriddle, got my receipt, was charged 2.39. When I question the differ, told me they raise the price. Well. If that's the case, they need to remove it from the $2 menu. I thought how many others thought they were paying $2, but really hot hit with 2.39.

When the receipt says no pickles and there are extra pickles on the sandwich. Learn how to read and follow directions before asking for more money. This happens every single time I do go by there.

Walked out tonight after waiting 30 minutes for ONE biscuit. About 10 orders were filled after ours and they all got their food immidiatly. Was asked "Yall want some food or somethin'" when we walked up to the counter. Absolutely horrible service and employees were loud and rude.

Stupid! Y'all gone tell someone pull up an you'll bring out my food, then I wait & wait! Y'all gave my food to someone else an didnt even bother to apologize for it with your smerky ass smiles! My husband was on his 45 minute lunch an didnt get to eat because y'all stupidity an carelessness! Wendy's across the street gets a 5 Star rating because of the better service an food!

Employee attitudes are terrible and service is always slow. The drive thru girl was on her phone the whole time I was there. No matter how many people are waiting there is never a sense of urgency.

Been in the drive thru for 19 minutes. Not a single car in front of me did they ask to pull up. I even pointed that out, 2 lattes.... not even started on them, another 6 minutes. Really????? Wow. Smh. Poor customer service would be a MAJOR improvement. Not even a sorry you had to wait, as she walked away I said thank you, because I didn't get that either, and she turned around and said your welcome. Smh. She didn't even realize what she did...

Customer service: a thing of the past!!!!
