The older lady working the window in the mornings, makes my day everytime I go through the drive thru. She's so happy and nice! I don't even get mad when my order gets screwed up because of her lol

The service was ok, but the drink machines were down. Only water or tea. Had ordered & paid at kiosk. Couldn’t even get 2 frappes. Manager gave a refund for the frappes.

I have frequented this McDonalds quite often and the customer service has been exceptional. However, last evening I was looking to be served at the drive through window at 10:43pm only to be told that the store was closed! The website states that this location closes at 11pm on Thursday nights! I explained this to the CSR. Her response was “she decided to close early”! Who is “she”? I can only assume she meant the store manager! The lights were still on and there were two other cars being served!

I can definitely empathize with “whomever’s” desire to close “on time” but when managing a quick service restaurant such as this, “deciding to close early” is not acceptable and I am almost positive it was not approved by the franchise owners! I only wanted a cup of tea!!

Second time I have made it home to find someone doesn't have the food I had ordered and paid for.



If you decide to use the drive thru - don't be surprised if you get home and someone is disappointed!

Last week I had a conversation with a manager and the supervisor about having to drive around from the drive thru because no one would answer me only to find out the Lil girl working the drive thru was playing on her phone and with other employees and then I had to watch another employee off the clock stealing from there. Now back to today. Went through the drive thru again only to be ignored and I finally drove around and parked and had to go inside just to get a large drink. The manager inside pretty much ignored me and got on her earpiece and told the lady that a customer was inside complaining that she wasn’t listening to me. She never acknowledged me again after I spoke with her. Just turned around rudely and said the cups are right there. Never again will I visit this establishment and the Barnes family should be ashamed of how this place has gone down. The worst service and customer appreciation I have ever witnessed. I’m disabled and to have to keep going inside for my stuff is a complete sad moment and I am so disappointed. The Barnes really need to step up.

I went to get my wife some French fries and got myself an iced coffee while I was there. While drinking the iced coffee, I felt something chunky in my mouth, so I pulled it out and saw it was a chunk of creamer. A little disgusted by it, I looked to see if there were any more pieces. I saw no more creamer, but I did see something black at the bottom that I thought was coffee grounds. When I went to get it out, I realized that the object was actually a dead fly. Mistakes happen, but how do you serve a dead fly in product you serve?

I waited in drive through for 7 minutes and nobody would take my order. Last weekend I couldnt get my order taken bcse the cashier was making out with her bf (who also works there) around the corner. My husband was sitting in the car and seen it all. Don't even bother to try and call bcse they won't answer! Worst service ever!!

I don't know which one was more rude the lady in the back drive through or the second window . We asked if y'all still had the small mcdouble mini meal an she was like no which was fine . But then she was like did you hear me ? An then she left her headset button on where we could hear her an she was talking awful to another employee . We pulled to the second window an we asked for a cup of sweet an sour sauce an the girl said it'll be extra 28 cents . Idk y'all still charged for sauce . The location of this McDonald's was in 5827 Hwy 90 W, Theodore, AL 36582 . I hope I got the right website . Your employees attitude is very rude .

Wow! I stumbled upon Mcdonald'S during my trip to 5827 Hwy 90 W, Theodore, Alabama 36582, and I couldn't have asked for a better coffee experience. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made my visit delightful. Their caramel macchiato was a true masterpiece!
