Manager was awesome. Ordered breakfast and when I received it. No pancakes, then I remembered you add pancakes to Deluxe, I didn't. Manager brought themPancakes and didn't charge. Great customer service.

RedBay McDonald's is a good place. The top managers have to stay on top of things remember they are young kids just starting out in the work force. Be nice n calm. You were there at one time.

There are several days the store has opened its doors to customers late, and there are numerous times that the order received was wrong. The food is greasy, messy, and the employee treatement is far less than fair.

If you go to McDonalds in red bay....better check your order before leaving.......getting realy tired of not getting what we pay for ......going to call their Corporate Office and give them a ear full......and they really think they deserve to be making $15 an hour....

I can't resist the pastries at Mcdonald'S. 606 4th Ave SE, Red Bay, Alabama 35582 has the flakiest croissants in town! The buttery, flaky perfection of their croissants is the ideal companion to their coffee offerings. Each bite is a delightful experience.

I dropped by Mcdonald'S for a quick caffeine fix, but the long lines and slow service made it a frustrating experience. I expected better efficiency from a place like this.

I was underwhelmed by Mcdonald'S. The coffee failed to impress, and the ambiance was lacking at the 606 4th Ave SE, Red Bay, Alabama 35582 location. I won't be recommending it to friends.
