Ordered five combos 1 out of 5 was correct. Corrected 2, got home and two more we're wrong even with the order slip on the boxes.

we went there with our grandson and this place has awful everything tasted like it was cooked in old oil just plain nasty the people there were looking at us like we were not supposed to be in there and they were mopping the floor with a mop that smell the whole place up

They were rude at the window and when I looked at my chicken nuggets I saw that they took a bite out of one. I've tried to call about 5 times but there was no answer each time.

Since they reopened with the new things inside, they are rude. Took things off the menu and don't care to help anyone. I was trying to ask a question THREE times and got ignored. Finally got her to listen to me. She was just standing there, talking to another employee while ignoring me. I will NEVER go back to this one. Good thing I only visit in Tallassee now and don't live here anymore.

I have been to this Mcdonalds twice since they reopened and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. They have messed up my order both times I have been there. First time I asked for a southern style chicken sandwich combo and ended up with a spicy chicken sandwich when I got home. Today I go through the drive through the attendant did not give me anytime to look at the menu within 2-3 minutes time she had asked me to order when ready rudely. Then I order chicken nugget meal since she didn’t give me time to make my selection then when I get home to eat after I asked for sweet and sour sauce and it is listed on the menu but not a bit of sauce in my bag. I am fed up with paying good money to this establishment to be disappointed every single time. They will never get my business ever again. They claim that the revamp was supposed to have better customer service and faster service both times I have been through the drive thru it has taken them forever to get me my food. Very disappointed......

After waiting way too long and blocking traffic, I finally just drove off without getting the food I had already paid for. Very disappointed.
