Alright, coffee lovers, you need to check out Pj'S Coffee at 6510 Spanish Fort Boulevard, Spanish Fort, AL 36527. Their flat white was a work of art, and the coffee-to-milk ratio was spot-on. I had high hopes for Pj'S Coffee, but it fell flat. The coffee was lackluster, and the pastries were uninspiring. I won't be returning anytime soon.
