I was less than impressed with Side By Each Brewing Co.. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 1110 Minot Ave., Auburn, Maine 04210 location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Ordered their classic Americano, and it hit the spot. No fancy stuff, just pure coffee goodness. The barista was chill, and the place had a relaxed vibe. Great spot to start your day.

So, I stumbled upon Side By Each Brewing Co. in 1110 Minot Ave., Auburn, Maine 04210, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.

Side By Each Brewing Co. is the best coffee shop in 1110 Minot Ave., Auburn, Maine 04210. The cappuccinos are always perfectly frothed, and the staff is welcoming. It's my happy place.
