I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The coffee at 3451 Spring Hill Ave, Mobile, Alabama 36608 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Starbucks managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
