First attempt at making Bear Bryant’s fedora. Surprise me! just so you know, this is NOT a cake . I molded this by hand (fondant), it goes on top of a 2 tier cake that you will see in a few weeks

Saturday (6/7) I went to Sweet Thangs Bakery for the 1st x. I placed a cake order for my daughters 15th birthday & not only was it "wonderfully delicious" but she had it finished by 11:30 that morning!! People... she did this while baking fresh pastries, taking customer's orders, cooking breakfast, answering calls & who knows what else . I would highly recommend Sweet Thangs to satisfy that sweet tooth!

Over many years of dropping by for an occasional cup of joe or one of the many delicious pastries in the little glass window I've come to love mostly the feeling you get when you walk in the door. No matter who you are .... Young or old, when you enter and the little door bell goes "ding dong" everyone turns and smiles making you feel like they've waited a life time just to see you !! Then after feeling like a president walking around shaking hands and greeting all the fabulous people dining there Lois Wiley's big smile catches your glance as she patiently awaits to hear what YOUR sweet tooth has in mind for today !! Rather your there for Food,Drink,or just companionship. SWEET THANGS BAKERY always makes you feel at home.
