4-J's Coffee is for sale to the right buyer. This is a turn key business as it has been in operation for the last 10 years. There is alot going for this place with full garden (containing herbs, veggies from last year) off to the side. Berries planted all around the building brought in from all over Sitka. This was closed about 5 months ago for winter, everything was winterized, water shut off so no damage done due to cold weather. Everything you need to have a great running business here in Sitka with an awesome location next to the harbor office, forest service, strawberry lodge (during summer) and Eliason harbor. Today was the best! Nothing like a wonderful espresso from 4Js. I'll be back for some of that outrageous chowder. Good day to all! See you there!
