I was less than impressed with Engineering Cafe. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the Fairbanks North Star location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Engineering Cafe at Fairbanks North Star is a coffee shop that knows how to elevate your coffee experience. The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. Their signature cappuccino was a work of art, with perfectly frothed milk and a rich, smooth espresso base. The café's cozy seating and friendly baristas create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and savor a great cup of coffee. It's a coffee haven that I'll be returning to without a doubt.

I had a terrible experience at Engineering Cafe. The coffee at Fairbanks North Star was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Engineering Cafe was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
