I had high hopes for Iditacup Espresso & Pizza Gourmet, but unfortunately, they fell short. The espresso lacked depth and flavor, and the service was slow. It's a shame because the cafe had such a promising ambiance. I hope they can improve their coffee quality and efficiency in the future.

So, I ventured into Iditacup Espresso & Pizza Gourmet in 4360 S Knik Goose Bay Rd, Wasilla, Alaska 99623, and their cortado was the real deal. Smooth, creamy, and full of coffee goodness. The café had this modern, industrial vibe with exposed pipes and indie rock tunes playing. Definitely a spot for the cool coffee crowd.
