We had excellent customer service here this past Saturday afternoon. Friendly and patient employee explained the menu items to us to make sure we would get something we would like. Thanks!

One of my new favorite places to do homework and hang out. The coconut chocolate chip cookies are amazing.

Neutral Grounds is the best little coffee shop around. Coffee is legit, and SO GOOD!! I love the casual, welcoming atmosphere to visit, read or study. They're open later into the evening too. Go check it out! You won't be disappointed!!

I had a disappointing experience at Neutral Grounds. The coffee was lukewarm, and the staff seemed disinterested in serving customers at the 147 S 6 St., Seward, Nebraska 68434 location. I won't be returning.
