My visit to Tap Root Cafe was a mixed bag. The location at 1330 Huffman Rd, Anchorage, Alaska 99515 is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed.
