The coffee was overpriced and underwhelming, and the ambiance felt more like a fast-food joint than a cozy coffee shop. My recent visit to Tram Plaza Grind Coffee Co. was rather disappointing. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the disinterested staff at the South Franklin, Juneau, Alaska 99801 location left much to be desired. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
