My visit to Bicycle Nomad Cafe was a mixed bag. The location at East Garfield Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004 is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed.
