From fiber clay birds, to awesome aprons to silver jewelry, The Boutique in Birt’s Bistro has it all. Stop in. Have breakfast or lunch and browse through the boutique. All artists are local and all give a percentage of their sales back to the wonderful programs at BENEVILLA.

We went there for the 1st time to hear the J Powers band play. The band was awesome and the group of 8 friends we were with all enjoyed the food they ordered. They have cute little used book areas and prices were super cheap. All the money they make go towards helping people. I will definately go back!!

We had Birt’s Bistro cater an event and it was wonderful! They were so easy to work with. The food tasted wonderful. The staff provided a high level of customer service and professionalism. We will definitely be using again in the future!!!

The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the food is fresh and prepared just the way I order it. Love the atmosphere. We will continue to come and eat here for breakfast and lunch, it is wonderful.

My favorite place to go for breakfast or soup and salad. And, by all means, also a great place for entertainment on Friday and Saturday. Eat, read, shop and sip wine, all in the same place.

I love coming here. It is so relaxing. The food is delicious. The service is outstanding. The used bookstore helps support the charity Benevilla which provides support for older adults, disabled adults, children and families. You can also enjoy paintings, live music and an array of gifts. Beautiful desert scenery also.

Good food, wonderful music on a warm spring night,lovely selection of art, jewelry, pottery, and more. Dessert is a "don't miss". Such a comfortable setting and I get to support a great organization for the community.

Birt's Bistro is my favorite restaurant in town! I love Barrio Cafe don't get me wrong, but only Birt's gives back to the community in such a direct and meaningful way!! Plus the food is delicious. If you haven't been to Birt's- GO!

Birt's Bistro is a hidden treasure you have to check out. Birt’s is located on Benevilla’s main campus in Surprise. It is a unique, open and casual hangout offering artisan sandwiches, salads, delicious meals & what I think is the best breakfast in town. Inside you will find a $1 bookstore and jewelry, paintings and crafts from local artists for sale. Everything bought at Birt's helps to support the charitable work that Benevilla does in our community.
