We are featuring new work by Erik Shisslak March 9 through April 30th with the opening reception this Saturday from 5 to 8 pm for this month's Bisbee After 5 Art Walk. Erik is one of our local firefighters who recently resumed painting after recovering from post-traumatic stress disorder Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Come see Erik's journey out of personal darkness and back in a world of light and color through a remarkable collection of recent work.

Stumbled across this lovely little shop earlier today on an impromptu visit to Bisbee. I normally don't write facebook reviews but I have to leave one after having such a good experience. Tom was very gracious and friendly, telling us about the shop's offerings and offering us samples. I ended up taking home some of his Almond Chocolate Paleo GoodCookies, which are divine! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who's visiting Bisbee, and hope to go back again soon!

Recently after eating Lunch at Ana's Seasonal Kitchen...which is always great... I finally decided to try one of Tom Jackson's Bisbee Good Cakes! It was truly IncrEDIBLE!!! This was a Pecan Something Something Holiday Cake...LOL! I threw away the label so don't ask for the Something Something part! It REALLY tasted GREAT and as you can see...is Clearly made of the Freshest and Healthiest ingredients! Tom always graciously offers samples and I finally was smart enough to try one! You know Quality when you taste it! Shame on me for not trying his Cakes sooner but I'm a bit new in Bisbee and seek out unique new places and people and their products! I am now going to be a regular customer of Bisbee Good Cakes@goodcakebaker!!! I can't wait to try all the others!
