historic hotel in Tucson. Great food. Excellent wait staff. My dad is a vegan and he had flavorful huevos (tofu) rancheros. I had baked eggs. super indulgent and yummy!

Tried all three tacos on day one, they are delishious! Had the lettuce wraps the second day we dined and fell in love with them. Best burger we found in Tucson. The place is always packed so don't plan to be in a hurry. Live music all around.

I loved it! Very nice employees, I had a cappuccino & a slice of vanilla bean cheese cake! Wow! So delicious. I would recommend the cup cafe, very nice.

Fun and popular brunch place. Waited only about 15 minutes for a table on Sunday at 1030am. There's comfy seating in the lobby and a bar with mimosas and bloody Mary's.
Congressional omelettes are good, as are the sides of fruit (fresh blueberries, pineapple, strawberry, cantaloupe, honeydew.)
Service was excellent.

Great coffee. Nice place for a lunch or dinner date. We got the omlet and Cubano. Flavors were good in the cubano but the jalapeno overpowered the bites.

I love this place !! The unique "build your own" Bloody Mary bar, the savory baked eggs, and the historic atmosphere all make for such a delicious experience. I've been several times and I've never been disappointed.

Small spot inside hotel congress. Seperate lunch breakfast and dinner dishes. They do Seperate them by time so plan accordingly. I've had both the steak salad for lunch and chicken gnocchi for dinner. Excellent. On point and service is good to top things of with. Definitely should stop by if strolling through downtown Tucson.

Excellent service. Artfully crafted cocktails. Delicious food. Chill atmosphere. European coffee house meets Western saloon feel. Nothing else like it in Tucson. Everything Hotel Congress (the hotel, club, cafe and taproom) is a must see.

This place is an especially popular brunch spot. Bloody Mary bar on Sundays (sometimes Saturdays, too) is amazing. You "build your own" bloody Mary out of a list of interesting ingredients. It's fun and yummy!

I have literally been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every time has been pretty good, especially breakfast! The coffee here is fantastic and they make stiff cocktails. Wait staff is nice and attentive and the ambiance is very quaint and historical. Pricing is a bit all over the place, but you get quality every time.

I have to admit I enjoyed the quirkiness and history of this place more than the food. It was alright, but not special. I actually spent a good deal of time reading the articles and looking at the pictures of local history in the hallway leading to the restroom. There were 4 of us for dinner. Each of us enjoyed...

Came here for brunch a couple weeks ago. Don't know why I had never been before. I'm really picky when it comes to breakfast because I like breakfast made from scratch and this place met my picky needs. Service was great and the breakfast was delicious. They have a good menu. There were four of us that had brunch and we were all very satisfied with our meals and drinks. Definitely returning for brunch and will need to try the dinner menu too.

The food was phenomenal. I got the Cast Iron Skillet Eggs for breakfast and it was fantastic! The staff was also super nice and friendly.

Historic, conveniently located, dog friendly, interesting and unique dishes, great service, and reasonable prices. Oh...and did I mention the best Bloody Mary in town on the weekends? What's not to love?
