What a wonderful coffee shop with rich, full flavored coffee! The hot chocolate is one of the best we have ever tasted. Tristan and Mitchell create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with their excellent customer service. Their knowledge and passion for coffee is evident as they explain the coffee roasting and brewing process. Definitely a shop I highly recommend and will visit often!

We have been coming to CxT Roasting Company at least once a week for the past several months. Tristan offers up the absolute best cup of coffee every time, hands down. He is so knowledgeable, which is extremely helpful to a coffee novice like myself, when it comes to making suggestions. The customer service is unparalleled. I cannot recommend CxT enough! Thank you for making every visit a great break in my work day. Always met with a smile, always leave with a smile...and delicious coffee!

This isn’t your ordinary coffee shop. It’s pure awesomeness! Great coffee and superb customer service! And then to top that off, they have a great selection of out-of-the ordinary gifts at affordable prices. If you’ve never been there, don’t hesitate any longer. I highly recommend it.

This coffee shop has great decor. The customer service is impeccable. The owner is very personable and they make a great cup of coffee. I purchased a bag of coffee which was not pricey compared to many other good coffee shops. The beans taste great! I will certainly recommend this place to others and I will return.

The people who work here are the best! I stop by three to five times a week to get a tea. All their iced tea is fresh brewed and their fruit flavors are all infused instead of syrup based. Best coffee shop in town!

Just had CxT today for the first time and I will definitely be back. The best coffee in Peoria area. The iced butter pecan latte was amazing. Also cute atmosphere. Thanks Tristan!

I’ve gone to CxT three times so far in the last day and a half! The coffee is so amazingly smooth, and rich! The foam on the lattes are perfectly thick and exactly how you’d imagine perfect foam! Oh gosh, and the baristas are so helpful and kind! You won’t want to miss this coffee shop while you’re in Peoria!

It has been a pleasure getting to experience Tristan’s dedication and love for crafting the most delicious coffees over the past several months. CxT has become my favorite shop to grab a cup or a bag. This inviting shop only becomes more inviting when you are greeted with the smile of Tristan. His large selection of single origin coffees never gets dull and his various brew methods only add more complexity to the in-house roasted beans. I cannot recommend this shop enough. A true gem in Downtown Peoria.

I went to CxT for the first time on Saturday and ordered a cold brew coffee - my coffee of choice at other coffee stops. Saying it was good would be quite the understatement. Let's just say there was no comparison - and when I order a cold brew coffee from now on - it will be from CxT!

Good vibe here! Great place to grab a quick coffee, tea, or snack in the the downtown Peoria area. Tristan hand roasts all his coffee, so it's super fresh. He also does pour-over coffees, so you get a nice clean cup with great flavors. Highly recommended!

Definitely some of the best coffee I've had, and Tristan's service is very fast and friendly. The cold brew is fantastic! Great for a lunch break or a quick cup to go.

Awesome coffee shop! Love the guys here and the atmosphere they set. The coffee is Amazing. Would highly recommend the coffee shop to friends and family.
