I had a disappointing experience at E Cigarettes 4 Life Vapor Cafe. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 4144 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.

So, I ventured into E Cigarettes 4 Life Vapor Cafe in 4144 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
