Coffee is good enough. It tends to be on the less sweet side, which is my preference. Bagels are bagels. I've had Montreal bagels, so it's hard to compare anything to that, so I won't. These bagels are adequate, but where they really shine is with lox. Get the toasted bagel and lox with onion, capers and a tomato slice. It will be the best food you've had all week. I had it every day during a business trip. (My home town doesn't have an Einstein).

Coffee is great and cheaper than McDonald's! About $1.53 for a large if you bring your own thermos.

Hands down, the worst Einstein's I've been to, both in Arkansas and California. The workers are fantastic, but their drive-thru service is terrible.

I have NEVER received what I've asked for. EVER. If I say garlic, I didn't mean onion, if I request to not have them sliced, I don't mean, "Give me whatever you feel like giving me."

I really don't complain much and don't always check the bag, bagel by bagel, as they aren't real bagels anyway; they sell baked bread shaped like bagels, but it's we have out here.

I come here almost every Saturday on my way to work, everyone is always so nice and has great customer service. The manager that works Saturday mornings, I think his name is Chris is always so cheerful at 6:30 in the morning. I came through one Saturday morning and he was sick and he didn't let it affect his great customer service!!! What a great team at this store and a great manager for everyone to learn from!!!

I pick up coffee every Thursday for the BNI meeting. Everything is already in bags. Someone often carries it out to my car. Very thoughtful. Also very friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

Normally I would rate this location higher until today. They managed to mess up every aspect of my order. Started with an iced macchiato when I ordered hot. While I was waiting for that to be fixed our food showed up. I ordered an egg white, asparagus, mushroom and Swiss on asiago bagel. It came on a wheat bagel. Didn't have the patience to wait for that to be fixed so I just ate the contents with a fork.

Love Love LOVE Einstein Brothers bagels. They have an amazing selection of delicious food and everyone is always do friendly. Need a recommendation? Asiago cheese bagel with garden veggie cream cheese - it's a game changer!!!

Best bagels in town. Fast but not fast food tasting. Usually faster to walk in unless there is no one else in the drive through. Strong value.

Fast, friendly service. Bagels served were fresh.
