So, I stumbled upon E'S Cafe And Bar in 139 W Main St, Solomon, Kansas 67480, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
