Service was fast & efficient, everything that was ordered was amazing, prepared & executed well! Those that had the German pancakes were amazed, I ad the pecan crusted French toast with strawberries & bananas-doesn’t get any better than that!!

SO good. Reasonable prices, fun atmosphere and unbelievably good German pancakes. Yes it takes awhile but that's because they are authentic and its stated on the menu for those items. Loved it!

From the moment you walk into Flapjacks, you feel like a regular or family even though it is your first time there. And just when you get used to the friendly, homey atmosphere you check out the menu and see some excellent choices for omelettes (my personal favorites are the Manhattan and the Californian), scrambles and the like. There are also some more unusual and amazingly delicious choices like french toast made with a croissant and an unbelievable array of baked German pancakes! There is a few extra minute wait for any of the baked pancakes but they are well worth the wait. Oh my gosh are they amazing! I have tried them all and like them all equally. You have to try one of these delights! They also have a daily quiche special which is always very tasty and some sort of egg special as well. Today's special was an Italian Scrambler which had Italian sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese with pesto on top. I would have never thought of pesto and eggs, but it worked amazingly well. My wife said it is the best breakfast she has every had. I highly recommend you give this restaurant a chance if you are ever in the area. Great atmosphere, great food and great service. Two thumbs up!

Best breakfast I've had since mom's. The biscuits and gravy are to die for and they have started serving dinner on Friday nights. I'm going tonight, so I will let you know how it is!!!

New to the area. First impression: not so good. A list out front where you enter you own name, and wait in a very unattractive setting with no empty seats, no water, much less coffee. But seated reasonably quickly to a dirty, sticky table by a very friendly waitress who let us take our time with an unfamiliar menu in a room that completely lacked any attempt at decor. But, she was quick with iced teas.

Superior wait staff. We had a couple of substitutions and additions which she handled beautifully letting us know how much the changes would cost.

Very friendly wait staff who shared table refill duties and had lots of smiles and hello's. Female chef visible from our table was pleasant and seemed interested in the dishes that she was preparing. Great esprit de corp. Except for a salt and pepper haired guy who also cooked and who looked like maybe the husband of the chef. Hearing his grumpy remarks was a real contrast to what was a very, very pleasant staff.

The food came just as we ordered it after a reasonable wait. Mostly perfect and delicious. The eggs were perfect over medium. The flapjacks fluffy, waffle perfect, omelette moist. The sausage were ordinary. The only real disappointment were the super small diced rosemary potatoes. They needed a bigger cut and there was no rosemary to be found.

Would we return? In a heartbeat. Hard to find good food and friendly wait staff and a kitchen that cares personally about the food. Was it perfect? No. Was it good? Yes. We'll be back! This local place deserves our support.

I ate it all up. How's that for a review? l had a ham & cheese omelet with home fries, toast and a large healthy orange juice.(Orange juice was with out any flavoring). Made up for that at Happy Hour.

We came in around 10am for breakfast. The pancakes we ordered following the recommendation were fab. But there was some waiting time we did not appreciate. Call us stressed but took almost half an hour for pancakes to show up...
