Yum yum yum, getcha sum!! Super hearty portions, everything on the menu is delicious. Super cost-effective, you won't go broke eating here and you won't leave hungry. Treat yourself to a "Jay Monday". That's right, I've got my own drink 1/2 Hot chocolate 1/2 coffee, whip cream and chocolate drizzled all over it. Here's a couple of my favorites dishes -chicken fried steak, hashbrowns and or ranch potatoes (you can't go wrong) grits, French toast, 2 egg breakfast plates ( I add an extra egg or two). Honestly, whatever you're into, this place rocks. I've never had a bad meal and neither has anyone else I've brought for breakfast or lunch

We moved to Maricopa from the Indianapolis area 3 years ago. When our visitors come we always take them the Hoosier Café for a meal, mostly breakfast. We were just there this morning with our niece from Princeton, IN. She and my husband are born and bred Hoosiers, I a transplant from Illinois. We love Hoosier Café. You certainly get your money's worth when you dine there!!!!

We love coming here. The food is always hot and delicious. With being from Indiana, we love that they have pork tenderloins. We will continue to go back and make the drive from north Mesa

This restaurant is spectacular. Great service, excellent food, and a building cloaked in Colts, Pacers, IU, Purdue, Indy 500....etc. It's a great place to have breakfast or lunch. Be sure you get in before 2pm (when they close). Great to get an authentic "Indiana tenderloin".

This has to be one of the best breakfast places in the valley large portions for a great price I have to try there lunch. Service is always great and very fast

The food was delicious, the service great, and everyone was friendly. There was the bit of small town feel there, which was nice. Only one thing missing on the menu. I just always think a mid-western style cafe should have open-faced hot roast beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes. I don't always eat it, but I love it and it's something I expect when I think "Midwest".

So so so good. Too much food for us to eat but delicious. And the service is fabulous. Lisa was so sweet and funny. We will be back.

So I’ve eating here a couples times now, but today’s service was Fantastic all because of our server Lisa! She was super friendly and answered questions about the menu without making you feel stupid! She was just so happy to be there! She has said because all upper management was friendly and positive about their jobs it makes it easier for her to be positive about hers! Love this cafe! Highly recommend goin there and getting the chicken fried steak! Yum yum

My wife and I are from North Central Indiana now living in Phoenix. We both had a breaded tenderloin for lunch. It was just like the tenderloins we used eat when we lived back east. Liked all the Indiana college stuff, but there was just a bit too much IU gear for our liking. Certainly not enough to keep us away! Can't wait to get back to try out your breakfast menu.

I have no idea how The Hoosier Cafe would ever have a review rating lower than 5 stars!!! We have tried many things on their menu and have NEVER had anything that was anything but the best. If you haven't been there, it's a must place to eat anything, anytime...AWESOME!

Great place for breakfast and/or lunch. Waitresses are very attentive, manager helping them keep aware of people coming in for To Go orders. Food is excellently prepared. Never had to ask for a refill on my coffee. Everyone there had a pleasant personality and made sure the customers were taken care of. As the name implies, it is an Indiana themed old style Mom&Pop style restaurant. Great location.

I had never been in on a Friday before and was much busier than what I was used to but the wait to be seated was minimal and the waitresses kept everything flowing smoothly. The manager was aware of groups coming in and had the waitresses setting tables up for the next group coming in. Did not see any group have to wait for their tables to be prepped and their only wait was for everyone in their group to show up.

Great local breakfast spot and you don't have to be from Indiana to enjoy the excellent food, service and memorabilia on the walls. I did notice one thing missing. They need something on the wall from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute. Our son and daughter-in-law both graduated with engineering degrees from RHIT.

First time here and the food was absolutely amazing! Service was quick and friendly. We will be back for sure!

Fast, friendly. Coffees good, foods good. And the decor represents mostly the right fandom! GO IRISH!!

By far the best breakfast place in the valley! I am just a little disappointed that they seem to have forgotten the art of making SOFT Scrambled Eggs!

Pour the scrambled eggs onto the grill, immediately shape into a pile (NO Chopping!!),remove to a plate and serve. Eggs should be slightly liquid and glossy on top with no browning.Should take about 15 to 20 seconds total depending on how hot your grill is..

Thanks for listening!!!

Best breakfast in town ! All staff super nice and caring my dad they call him Mr Rios I love the way they treat him he has been going there for years !

Not impressed. Waitress was nice but kind of spacey. She got my husbands order wrong and had to be taken back. Very noisy place and the sun is very bright with no window coverings. I ordered eggs over medium and they were runny. We live close by and had been wanting to try it. Won’t be back.

After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come by and bring us our drinks they were very friendly and nice. The place was very busy had a wait the entire time we were there. The food was ok. Eggs and bacon came out cold. No one came back to see how the food was or if we needed any refills. I wouldn't go back.
