We have an immediate opening for a reliable employee who can multi-task. Must be able to greet and serve customers, take orders at tables, take counter orders, operate POS system, help prepare food orders in the kitchen, deliver orders to tables, and perform other duties as required. Approximately 30 hours a week. Hours: 10:30 am to about 3:30 pm Tue-Thur and 10:30 am to about 7:00 pm Fridays & Saturdays. Must be at least 18 years old as we serve alcohol. We have been to Janie's 4 times and it is always so good! These are Janie's family recipes and you will soon be hooked like we are! Besides the mexican food, they also have burgers, fries, and a variety of wraps. Don't forget to try one of their homemade cookies, too! Try them out!

We ate there today for the 1st time and the food was wonderful. We are from New Mexico, so we know great Mexican food. The restaurant was very nice and very clean. I recommend the red enchiladas. Amazing food.

This is my third or fourth time here. It's very clean and organized. The food has been good each time, and the owners are very accommodating. I've recommended this place to a lot of people and my original post on Facebook has almost 100 comments. Love this new place in Gold Canyon. Usually get take out but ate in on Sat and was so great again. Has become my weekly go-to place. Now serving breakfast also. Hoping for Eggs Rancheros soon.

John and Janie were so amazing to open up their restaurant on Monday for our SNRG groups networking Christmas party. The food was great and we had a super time. So nice to have their family serving our families.

Highly Recommend Janie's Burrito Cafe located across the street from Walgreens on Kings Ranch Rd. in Gold Canyon, AZ. Today, we ordered our food which was out within 10-12 minutes and the food was presented nice and hot. The beers were cold and our waitress was pleasant and attentive. A REAL COMMUNITY eating establishment with personal service, not a restaurant chain feel.



Janie's now also serves breakfast too. REAL authentic New Mexico cuisine! Remember to support your local eating establishments in Gold Canyon year-round. Janie's I believe will be closed from mid-July to mid August 2018 but check with the Cafe to be sure. I'll be mentioning my dining experience on 99.3 "The Wave". Oh, great salsa by the way too! Great burritos! Would love to see the menu expanded to include more healthy burritos....such as including spinach or veggies instead of using rice as filler. The service is super and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Love having this little cafe in Gold Canyon, two blocks from my house.

Enchiladas were delicious. Both Red and Green Sauce made from Hatch Chilies. Highly recommend this restaurant

Awesome new place in Gold Canyon!!! Finally someone who knows how to make a real New Mexico style burrito and her cheeseburger is also the best in 40 miles either direction.

While I generally love the food here, their taco plate was just so-so. The Chicken Hard taco was mealy and luke-warm. The Beef Hard-shell taco was no better. The beef came off monster-salty and too chewy. The rice and beans pedestrian. I'll stick to the New Mexico items on the menu.

Stopped by for first time, really pleased, neat, clean, polite staff and the food was very flavorful. Only negative, we don't care for plastic is utensils, almost impossible to use.

High priced for what you get, but the food is good the shredded beef is excellent
