Shout out to Chris going above and beyond to help his customers yesterday. Their screens went down mid rush but he didn't let that stop him. He came out and started asking customers for their tickets so he could fulfill their orders. He was fulfilling orders, helping customers, and staying on top of everything with an amazing attitude! Customer service done right!!!

Got a cup of cappuccino. The cashier made my drink and it sat until my receipt # came on the screen. It was very cold cup of cappuccino. Gross

This is by no means fast food. Get rid of the machines and bring real customer service back. The crew tonight was lazy, the facility was disgusting. They were barely attentive when you asked a question. The GM and owner need to know these things. Very sad indeed.

Get rid of the machines, people come here because it's FAST FOOD, took 20 minutes to order for my family of 4
