Congrats to Andrea Procela! The mother of three works at our Florence restaurant and recently won a flat screen TV. Her name was put in for a monthly raffle drawing, which is based on performance. Andrea has been with McDonald’s for 7 years. The 30-year-old says she thinks of her fellow crew members as family. When she’s not working, Andrea loves watching movies with her kids. That new TV will come in handy, Andrea! Congrats again! #CrewSpolight

Loved the new touch screens, nice to take your time when you order. Young man who directed me there and brought out our food was helpful and of good cheer .

The two girls in the drive thru were rude. And when I got to the the pick up window she just handed everything to me and and when I went to open my mouth she said "and Straws are in the bag" and I said oh okay. Uhmmm can I have some BBQ sauce? And she just kinda looked at me and said yea as she turned away and then said can someone hand me a BBQ? Nevermind I got one. And she handed me one BBQ said have a good day. I didn't wanna make a big deal out of sauce so I left. But what really upset me was I started drinking my caramel iced coffee that had no caramel in it and tasted like the coffee had been days old by now. So typically I try not to whine about little stuff but a lot of little stuff at once is definitely a good way to ruin someone's lunch! Out of the 3 mcdonalds in town this one might be the worst. I've only ever seen a few nice employees!
