Came in for diner (around 5:30) our server Amber was extremely rude to me and mocked me when I asked to have the triple berry mimosa made without orange juice. Look I understand pre-mixed mimosas on Sunday and running out of champagne and not being able to meet the request I was making. Would have been happy to order a cocktail if she wasn't such a Jerk about it.

I will never eat there again. It was after Thanksgiving so I only wanted a small salad while I was shopping. I guess it made the waitress mad because she wouldn’t get a big tip. My mother ordered the pick three with a grilled cheese; soup, and dessert. We waited about an hour and half to be served. The entire room had been served. When my salad finally came, it was on half of a small salad plate and was pushed to one side of the plate with about 6 pieces of lettuce. I was shocked. It took me about 3 minutes to eat it. Also, another waitress came out with water and asked if we had the Latin waitress which I thought was quite odd. And then she whispered to another waitress. My mother and I continued to be nice but the waitress wouldn’t give eye contact. I have never been treated like this anywhere. I won’t be back and I live near and shop at Pinnacle frequently.

I order Mimi's take-out WEEKLY as I work near by..however I will NOT be continuing business with this restaurant. Today, I was quoted less than 10 minutes on my sandwich I ordered and it took over 30!! I walked in to a group of girls staffed there just standing around talking. I was not even greeted!!

I had to get their attention to even get help, and got a "WHY ARE YOU BOTHERING US????" Look!

A guy asked me if I had been helped, I sarcastically said "yeah, barely", he responded with a thumbs up. Which was just disrespectful but made me chuckle.

Food used to be wonderful and now it's nothing special AT BEST with high prices. I told management about how I was treated, he didn't care.

Obviously my business is not valued here. Obviously unprofessional and disrespectful people who don't care about their jobs work here.

The quality of work shows also in the quality in their food. If they don't care about their business, WHO KNOWS how they handle their food.

Never again!

We have eaten at this restaurant in the past and had a good experience, but after this trip we will not be returning. Steaks were just, "Okay". Not much flavor. I guess that is why they bring steak sauce without you asking. My medium steak was cooked fine. My wife's steak was overcooked. My steamed broccoli was ice cold and I had to ask for a replacement. Waitress was very friendly, but very overwhelmed. Had to get her attention when we needed something. Drinks went dry twice.

It took a very long time to get our food and they were not busy.

To top it off we had to wait what seemed like forever for our check. We finally told the waitress we had to hurry so she got us taken care if.

We were simple underwhelmed and although we live nearby, we will not be returning.

The food was good, but when I told the waitress the first time I didn't get the peppers and onions on the potatoes I ordered she said, umh huh. ??? The second time we asked about it waiting on her, after 10 minutes waiting, she said, I can take in the back and have them add it. A little late at this point. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. The food was good just not the service this morning.

my first experience at a mimi's cafe was nothing short of amazing! The banana foster pancakes were incredibly fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth-good and the complimentary muffins were amazing as well. My server helped make my experience 5/5 stars.. I cannot remember her name but she was so attentive and so sweet the entire time! will definitely come again and try the mimosas this time :)

Fantastic place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They do not have a large selection of dinner entrees, but you don't need it with their extensive breakfast and lunch menus. All their food was fresh and wholesome. Even their mussels, in landlocked Arkansas, were delicious. I recommend the $5 specialty mimosas during happy hour.
Their wait staff was friendly and quick to help with the order. My only complaint is how dim the restaurant was. I could barely see my plate. Their pricing is moderate with lunch dishes ranging from $7 to $12. Breakfast $3 to $8.
Children are allowed, however, I do not recommend ones in high chairs since the isles are crowded.

The spinach dip is delicious! It is so hard to find good spinach dip and the rest of their food especially the desserts are really good. I really like how each section of the restaurant is decorated differently.

It's okay but umimpressive. The service was good and they gave us complimentary muffins because it was our first time. there is a lot on the menu but for the price I expected a better taste. We won't be going back.

We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner package from Mimi's for our dinner yesterday. It was awesome!! Everything was wonderful!! Thank you Mimi's, it was delicious!

Always seated quickly. Food is fast and yummy
