What a great little gem out in the middle of nowhere! Food and service was great. My only suggestion is that you take down the peach cobbler signs if you are out of peach cobbler. We will be back!

Stanford Inn / Cafe and Bar, is by far the best place to bring your family and eat. If you're a traveler, a great place to spend the night!

They were even open over Memorial Day weekend this year, and served up some great food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with all kinds of nostalgia, and super clean Inside and out! Please put them on your list of great places to stop to dine or spend the night or both, and get aquainted with the best there is in Salome, Arizona! !

If you ever get a chance to go to their parties they always put on a great one with delicious food and great people and good tasting margaritas! They hire the best DJ renee king that will definitely not let you walk away having a bad time‼️

Great burger, got crisp fries and a good ice tea. Perfect lunch!!! The outside does not do it justice.. stop if passing through Salome, AZ!!

Four of us stayed overnight on our Coast to Coast tour. Booked by chance as Salome was in the right area on our route to Borrego Springs but what a find. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Spent a fab evening in the bar, playing pool and listening to tracks from the coolest juke box, had a blast. Breakfast was fantastic and everyone who worked there was just so welcoming to a bunch of Brits. Hopefully we will be back this way again so we can come back

I can't say anything about the diner/cafe/bar

We just spend one night there and it was a nightmare! The bed had burned holes the whole room smelled like aggressive chemicals and in the bathroom was the window kind of broken and a lot "visitors" were in there �

The people were friendly but $65 for this animalshow are way to much and we're not coming back for sure

Waited 45 minutes for meal (1 cheesebuger and fries). then told food given to someone else. Waitress put in new ticket and it was put last in line ! Waited 10 more minutes, no food, ticket still hanging.Paid for drink and on way out told male owner we were unhappy, (politely)....and were told to eat elsewhere (not politely).
