The order wasn’t right. The guy was rude and disrespectful, he didn’t understand what I was asking. He ended up getting me a cold brew with and milk. I can make that at home. I will never be going back to this Starbucks. Go there if you want to be treated horribly.

I come rarely but my girlfriend loves this location specifically because of a few outstanding employees who truly go above and beyond in customer service. Every time I too go I have ZERO complaints

Great food and addicting drinks as with all Starbucks. This location is extremely busy during the weekday mornings. The wait for mobile order are sometimes in access of 15 minutes. The app does not match instore availability during busy times.

Went through the drive through and was asked multiple times to repeat my order, the lady didn’t know what we ordered let alone the size, the person “helping” her asked her to have us repeat our order yet again and finally have us our coffee. Did not even offer to comp one of our drinks for the wait/ issue. At least 7 brew always has good service.

The espresso machine was down and they warned us it would take a little longer, but we still received our beverages in a timely manner.

This is a smaller Starbucks than normal I feel like, there just isn't a lot of seating. Same goodness and it's in a good location.

Great place, some employees are a bit rude. They do not ask for your name to put on the cup. Don't always hear when they call our for the drink you ordered.

Great service, even better coffee. The staff is always friendly and helpful, plus they're constantly involved in those "pay it forward " things which I love.

Almost gave 3 star, but 4 thanks to the half of your employees whom are very kind and accommodating.

This location is the worst about not keeping supplies stocked. Recently, there was a star dash for spinach feta wraps. I went by THREE times and they were out all 3 times. I went to Promenade location and they had them, so I'll be redirecting my visits there for a while.

Thank you to the very kind employee who gave my boys free cake pops for a long wait in the drive through!

Best Starbucks location in town! They get my order right every time, special requests and all. The baristas are very upbeat and cool. Isabella is one of my favorites, she's always super sweet and has me try every 'new' drink when they first come out. Needless to say, can you tell that I'm a regular? When I became a gold member my coworkers stated that I may have a problem. Haha

I love this store. Sure their peak times are a little weird and they definitely need to replace the manager, but the baristas are really nice and never miss an opportunity to say "hi". And the only times my coffee has been wrong is when a newbie wrote the cup wrong.

Interior has all the charm of a Soviet jail. It looks like they had a ticket tape parade inside and never cleaned up afterward. Manager should be replaced. This is the way this place looks every time I'm in there in the evenings. I don't go there during the day so I can't comment on that. A ambience deficit is how I would describe the place.

My drink was ok.

I visited this location with some friends (we come here regularly). We lost track of time with our conversation, one of the employees came to us and said rudly "You need to leave". I looked at the time and it was 10:01. We were in the prosces of gathering our stuff as we were apologizing for not paying a tenting to the time when he said "Now!!! You need to leave" angrily. With that said me and my friends aren't coming back. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff!!!
