A great place for breakfast or brunch. Very good menu and well priced. Can sit inside or out. Dog friendly.

Very good breakfast restaurant. Good food, great servers, friendly atmosphere. Very popular with the locals as well as the snow birds.

Very tentative crew. Viv is always there to greet us. Home style cooking, clean and friendly staff.

The food is always delicious,the waitress service is amazing. The owner Vivian always comes to my table to ask me if everything is fine and she is very friendly. the Chef makes the food very delicious. I love the food.

Always stop here on my way up to Mt Lemmon for a motorcycle ride. They have plenty of choices for your morning eats. The food always comes out fast and very good. They wait staff is friendly and do a great job keeping your coffee or water full.

Vivs is one of the best experiences in Tucson. Food is tops and the staff sees that you enjoy your time there. The cost of a meal is low. Once they know your name. You become family.

Sunday morning breakfast and we got seated right away. Coffee was unfortunately weak and bland. But the rest of the meal was great. Service was super friendly during attentive.

Passable as compared to the many other breakfast joints around Tucson. Service is good. Food is not exceptional.
