Their fresh-baked focaccia bread is excellent, I usually order one of their veggie sandwiches with this bread for lunch and it's a good serving size where just 1/2 of it fills me up then I save the other 1/2 for later.. And their chocolate ganache cake is superb, the taste is very fresh and not too sweet.

Absolutely the BEST bread in the world. The quality exceeds all other bakeries. The white loaf is my favorite and it takes me back to my childhood when I lived in Japan. Exceptional quality. You will not be disappointed. The pesto bread is one of my favorites! I was visiting out of town and actually pu cheated a new suitcase just for the bread to bring back to my parents. I bought 4 white bread loaves, 2 Raisin bread, 2 pizza rolls, 1 Pesto roll, 1 almond fruit croissant, 3 oatmeal cookies and mango tart!

Went to the Hillsdale store and got two sandwiches to go. When I got home, I discovered both sandwiches were wrong!! What did they get right? Well the cashier did collect the extra $1 charged for the turkey that was not added to my BLT.

Service is too slow , workers looks mad they don’t smile , I waited too long , some customers next to me , left coz they cannot wait anymore , there’s only person attending to us , and I see others workers don’t look busy to me
