We went to ask about a block of rooms for my friends wedding, the guy was helpful and polite and we are going to be using them in the future.

This is a great in town getaway. Old fashioned rooms, happy hour every evening and a great breakfast every morning. The breakfasts are served in a large atrium or inner garden area. So fun, private and beautiful. The best time to go is in the winter when there aren't too many tourists.

Ended up here when my other hotel reservations fell through. Front desk people was nice. It's like a renovated motel. The rooms are really small but clean. Bathroom was non existent. Free parking.

I booked my room 2 months in advance along with The rest of the wedding party. The day I get there-i they couldn't find my reservation. It was hot in the lobby and the manager only offered me a room with no ac at full price (double what my original room cost) This facility doesn't have an elevator so I had to carry my infant and haul the strollerup to my sister's room to get changed for the wedding. The room was way too small for 3 people to be in at one time considering one of us was only 18months old

Be sure to ask about the policy on entering a guests room any time, if there is any cause for suspicion... Also keep in mind that leaving you're room at 10 pm and returning at 2:30 am, is good cause to search you're room, should you make the mistake of extending you're stay. Long story short, this place is a total dump, and by far the absolute WORST customer service. Don't waste you're money here, the rooms are exreemly small and dark, with a bathroom the size of a small closet. You're much better off at motel 6.

Their complimentary breakfast is straight from their delicious restaurant. Its a nice and cozy inn with up to date furniture and rennovations.

Really cute and quaint and fine for the occasion. Very small boutique hotel. I love that there is a window in the bathroom as I am obsessed with natural light, however, my 6'3" husband could hardly fit in the bathroom. I am 5'6" and was almost knees to the wall doing business

I had just walked 10 miles from oxnard cause my car broke down and i could not find a taxi. I did not have my cell phone on me either. I walked into what looked like a friendly hotel where i could ask the hotel clerk if she could look up a phone number on the internet for me. The brunette ladys face had turned from friendly to utmost disgust, "well why dont you try the library or some place else" she said. I asked her if she had internet on her computer and she flat out lied to my face "no" .

Now i would have never asked if she was swamped and had no time to talk. But she was just sitting there and could not help me out.

Just felt like sharing this not so pleasant experience at the bella capri inn. Thanks lady.

Looks much nicer inside the rooms than the building makes it seem. Also, quiet at night. Plenty of parking too.

I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were a bit dated and heater had a certain smell. But the staff were curtious and everything was nice. Great budget accomodation!

Everyone working here is so nice! I stay in hotels 3 nights a week for work and I am so glad I found this cute little inn. Love that they have a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Front dask staff are wonderful and housekeeping does a great job everyday. You get a great value for the price of the room. I will continue to stay here when I'm working in Ventura county.
