What a great place to eat. The food is so good. The service is spot on. When your in San Rafael it's a must stop for a bite to eat. The owner Michael is a great host. Takes time to interact with customer's the old fashioned way. The menu has something to satisfy everyone. Make sure you take time to get your picture taken with Mr worm. And don't miss the succulents in the small gardens.

Truly the best little breakfast nook in the bay area in my opinion! Michael and Leslie have really outdone themselves keeping this little slice of heaven open all these years.. Food is great! Service is fantastic! And the humor is off the charts!

This place is amazing. Best combination of service and food I've had in who knows how long. Shame I would have to travel across the golden gate to get it, but whenever I do I know where to go.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee while my car was being smogged next door. Even thought Michael was busy, he still had time to have a conversation. Great little throwback diner

Met Richard and his friend while visiting San Fran. Told them we were looking for a good breakfast. Not knowing he owned Bogie's. He gave us directions and the next morning we showed up and what a great breakfast! Met his funny sister too! Highly recommend this cool eatery!

I was told about this café and had to make a point to come try their food. Looked up the menu and being a foodie snob (a nickname son gave me), I was pleasantly surprised... cage free eggs... great atmosphere and food. If you find yourself north of the Golden Gate, give it a try😊

I had a classic breakfast with eggs over medium, sour toast, bacon and home fries. All of which was delicious. The fresh diced tomatoes were an added delight to the potatoes. The organic coffee was hot and full of flavor! My husband had the Ruben. He never getz the Ruben because it is hard to FIND a gold Ruben these days. Search no more, we have found our place! Great for breakfast or lunch! Oh and the menu is nice and simple. The interior is unique. We met the owner who opened the place back in the 70'S and has tried to keep it simple, good quality,good prices,and deliscious food. It is right off the freeway and well worth the trip!

Hands down the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is amazing. I'm going back to try all their different eggs Benny options.



*Update- I had a dream last night I was devouring one of bogies signature eggs benedict. Low and behold, I found myself walking through their door at 9:30 the next morning. Devine intervention? I think so.

Great spot! The food was outstanding, including the hot chocolate, and I'm particular about my hot chocolate. The people are very nice beginning with the owner. Great place for the entire family.

Came across Bogie's totally by accident! So glad we did. Great food, excellent staff and they made us feel like old friends.

Bogies is my absolute fav #1 goto place for breakfast & lunch. The food is fantastic...great atmosphere--Michael & Leslie are the best ! Give Bogies a try..you'll love it !

Awesome breakfast food! The eggs were amazing, as were the pancakes and bacon. Great flavor. My husband had their potatoes with his vegetable hash and I ended up eating half of them. They were the best I had ever had. My husband even asked if we could come here tomorrow for breakfast. Very friendly too!

"San Francisco" Eggs Benedict with lox on sourdough toast. So delish!

Massive sandwiches, friendly staff. Great neighborhood place. NOT a chain!

Oh my gosh, we had a GREAT meal here. My son is 19 and doesn't travel well, and he LOVED his tuna melt. I had a veggie sandwich, and both our sandwiches came with a great salad that had greens, veggies and beans. The balsamic dressing is thick, rich and amazing. The owners are very nice and helped to make our lunch a great experience. It's a 5 star restaurant with a 3 star location, and if I lived nearby I would be there EVERY DAY.

Stopped by for breakfast on the way to a job in San Rafael. Cute place, the server greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant. We enjoyed eating outside on a tiny little table. We ordered simple breakfasts, two eggs, two bacon, two pancakes. Perhaps they were using healthy alternatives in food preparation, the eggs tasted odd, the bacon unremarkable, and I've had better pancakes. The store bought syrup wasn't very good and they do not have a soda fountain, my beverage was served in a can. To sum it up, if I work in town again, I will probably choose th IHOP.
