My favorite milk tea place so far. Love the big sizes and especially how creamy the milk tea is. Highly recommend the roasted oolong with lavender. Unfortunately this place is really far from me so I can only go during Fanime and some other occasions. Great place though.

Great staff, especially Lisa and Rachel! I come here probably more than I should. I have tried just about everything on the menu. Everything is super fresh and made with great quality ingredients.

Customer service here is amazing! The staff is always attentive, helpful, and friendly. Not only are their food and drinks awesome, the atmosphere here is so welcoming. Will definitely be coming here more often.

I'm a little disappointed ... I've been a regular here for a few years now ... and I don't know if it's a lack of training in associates or the management changes ... but the one reason I liked this location was the ability to customize a drink ... Taro or Matcha White Chocolate milk tea ... Awesome ... Thai Tea with Oreos ... Easy ... Now it's seems that the the choices are hampered and limited ... don't get me wrong ... The drinks are still good ... but I miss being able to experiment with flavor combinations ...

The macaroon ice cream sandwiches are pre-made, and the cookie is very hard. It doesn't taste like a macaron.

They also won't let you byo jar for their boba drinks. I am trying to minimize my plastic use, and waste, so I'd rather go to Jazen tea where they sell ball jars for boba, and give you a free topping for bringing a reusable jar.
