My visit to Byron Inn Cafe was a mixed bag. The location at 14870 Hwy 4, Discovery Bay, California 94505 is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed.
