You meet the nicest people at the bar here. Jimmy the bartender keeps things entertaining and the food is awesome. I love the sand dabs, and the salmon skewers are delicious . Consistent and fun for all. J and J dine around club gets it's stamp of approval.

Wonderful cozy atmosphere with a doting staff. I do wish there were more gluten-free choices but the salad was fresh and the flan was divine. Jazz music on Wednesday nights brings delight and excitement. Keep it up!

We were in town just for the weekend and we're looking for a good French restaurant. The choice of food was excellent and the atmosphere was peaceful and classy. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing meal here with our children. The service was impeccable- as if we were the only ones in the restaurant- even though it was quite busy. We absolutely loved the cuisine. My husband lived in France for a year and was very impressed with the quality of our meals. I also loved the wine list and greatly enjoyed the server’s wine choice for our table. I can’t recommend the restaurant highly enough. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

This place is wonderful! I had their scrambled eggs with salmon and �s! They’re conveniently located next to the gardens of el Paseo and I would highly recommend them!

This is one of my absolute favorite lunch places when I am visiting in Palm Desert. The food and service are always excellent.

Oh the food was amazing. The asparagus was to die for. The whole meal was awesome. Cute decor and our window seat let us watch some amazing cars cruise by. What a great night. Only downaide is our waiter facked a french accent in spanish accent. But my french is suffering the same problem. I speak more spanish than french now.

Love the Eggs Meurette...easily accommodated my diet...no dairy and no bacon...

I love this place! I have been here a few times and always get the quiche with fresh fruit. Great atmosphere and great food.

I have comingnto this French cafe for 30 years. It has changed ownership once, but has maintained the high standard of cooking. Love the open air patio, the artwork and the outstanding service, but the food, the food is magnificent!

Great place for lunch! In the center of things, easy access and parking behind Tommy Bahamas. Salads are best.. esp the curry salad or Waldorf!

Great food and excellent service. With open view of El Paseo and a moderately priced menu I would recommend you try this restaurant.

Fantastic food, great service from start to finish. Foie gras was awesome, the veal complemented with the bourgelais was fantastic and their cappacino was the best partner to their crepe desert. Fantastic

Casual dining in French Bistro atmosphere with Swiss roots

Outstanding selection of fine Haute French cuisine to discover. The restaurant offers Salads, Cold Appetizers, Ligth Dinners with Seafood, Poultry, Beef, Lamb or Pasta. My favorites: Salade des Beaux-Arts and Linguini alla Checca. Reasonable prices. Customer-friendly service with enthusiastic and always smiling staff! It's not surprising that the Restaurateur Didier Bloch is of Swiss origin, and has been trained at the École hôtelière de Lausanne, the world's best hospitality management school! Café des Beaux-Arts offers from inside and from the outdoor patio an ideal spot to people-watch and enjoy the Palm Desert ambience. Hope to come again!

Been going for years. Didier is always a great host. I love the quiche, chocolate cake and their Spanish coffee. Highly recommend!

Amazing food! The smoked salmon with lentils was the best thing I've eaten in a very long time! The wine pairings were just perfect. The chef's dinner was truly excellent!

Always the best service and the most interesting menu!

All the seafood is so fresh great salads, one of my favorites every time I'm shopping in El Paseo.

Salads and the medallions of beef perfect combo. Beef a bit over cooked ordered medium it was well. Tasted great fun place highly recommend.

Love this little restaurant. Good food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. We come here at least once every time we are in Palm Desert.
