About Campus Point Coffee

Probably the best coffee ever… Alumni founded. Student approved. Mission Driven. Our Mission: To clean up the pacific ocean one piece of trash at a time. How do we achieve it? By selling our probably-the-best-coffee-ever direct to you, and setting aside a portion of our profits to employ our own staff of beach cleaning, ocean reviving, garbage recycling, super soldiers. Campus Point Coffee was founded in 2019 by former UCSB students who had a passion for three things; Great Coffee, Fostering Community, and Clean Oceans. Having spent some of their fondest years in Isla Vista, and on the beautiful beaches of Santa Barbara, they jumped on the opportunity to open Isla Vista's newest coffee shop and study spot. In the short time it has been open, CPC has become a favorite of the local community, serving excellent coffee, blended drinks, cold brew, snacks, and pastries. When the Covid19 pandemic hit, the shop was forced to close, but the coffee lives on. We have moved the sale of our probably-the-best-coffee-ever to our website and are shipping our bags straight to you; anywhere in the world. To fulfill our mission of removing garbage from the ocean, we are setting aside a percentage of our profits to fund its removal. We feel that being a for-profit company gives us more control over the process, and the ability to employ people who share our mission. If you like what we are doing or have suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here. We would love for you to take the time to give us a like or a follow on our social media.

My visit to Campus Point Coffee was a mixed bag. The espresso was fantastic, but the seating was uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Good coffee, but not an ideal workspace.

So, I tried Campus Point Coffee yesterday, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The cappuccino was kinda meh, and the place felt a bit too sterile for my liking. Maybe I just hit it on an off day, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me.
