So, I dropped by Chelly'S Cafe at 40008 10th Street West, Palmdale, CA 93551, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
