Love their coffee, but really LOVE going here and being transported back home 😁 Donuts are a little dry, but that's just the water out here, not much they can do about it.

Completely Commercialized. Was my first and now last visit to a Dunkin Donuts. Got 2 donuts and a coffee. 1st the donuts: I work at a grocery store that sells donuts. We get them in frozen. These are the exact same ones I got from DD. Pitiful. 2nd the coffee: milk with ice. Bland flavors with no character. I'm going to stick with the mom and pop donut shops.

Im here 2-3 times a week for the iced coffee 😋. 9/10 times the service is Awesome here. Very fast, friendly, and efficient. Download the DD perks app!! You're seriously missing out on too many PERKS if you don't already have it. Of the many times I've been here I've only had 1 incorrect order, and a long wait in the drive thru 1 night but the cashier was definitely new and had a rough night lol. Outside of that i love this place!

Great coffee. Fair prices. Chocolate cream donuts are wonderful. Staff is friendly and quick.

Now who doesn't love Dunkin Donuts? Their donuts are always amazing, and their bagels are fabulous! We like to meet up with our parents here and enjoy morning coffee and family donuts, and there is always something here for everyone, including hot chocolate for the little guys. They have a great array of donuts, muffins, bagels, and a variety of flavored "donut holes" that our littlest absolutely adores! Some prices seem a bit elevated, and there are no free refills on coffee, but overall, it's a great place to get your donut and coffee fix! They also have a drive through, and the staff is always smiling, cheerful, and friendly (which is great when you're hungry and haven't had your morning coffee until AFTER they hand it to you! lol)

The lines here are ridiculously long in the morning hours. This franchise could use a second location in Temecula based on its popularity, anyhow the donuts are descent but not spectacular.

Good Dunkin' Donuts. Has the same donuts as other locations, nothin special. But the service is good. Staff is very nice and friendly. This particular location does get busy though. Drive thru is full all the time. But walk in, and you'll get prompt service. Stop by, give it a try.

Can't say thank you enough. The late evening shift has great customer service, they made sure I left happy after an issue. You guys more than made up for it.

Delicious high quality food and coffee. Friendly and quick staff. Order through your phone app and pick up in the drive thru. Great experience all around.

Super fast service, kids love the chocolate donuts. Good atmosphere overall and clean place.

I thought my visit was somewhat short of good customer service, in other words it was decent. Not a lot of smiles and somewhat unattentive however they got the job done in a timely manner. A little preoccupied with chatter but nothing horrible the way others have said. I don't get the hype with Dunkin Donuts but each person has, undeniably different tastes.

I tend to go for the old style of Donut shop but this place has good coffee. That is why I gave it 4 stars.
