Good donuts, not so good service & usually slow w/ long line... check your order before leaving the door! The employees often blame the mngt, said the mngt tell them to do this or that... today, I can't help but wonder if that includes swapping old donuts with fresh ones... (asked for fresh hot donut, but got one sitting out for at least 6 hours. Yes I can tell the difference.)

It was clean and the staff was helpful. There was an older woman in front of me who was unfamiliar with their app and unfamiliar with the process. I was annoyed but noticed the staff was patient, kind and helpful to her... they treat everyone with respect no matter what!

it does get busy in here and the cash registers get a bit backed up now and again. the donuts are good and the staff behind the counter are nice to everyone in line ordering

Closed on Thanksgiving but they don't put up a sign to tell you and they have the stupid welcoming audio making you believe they are open.

Always fun watching donuts being made. There are so many different kinds of donuts to pick. To top it off it is coffee bean combo.

The glazed doughnuts were hot when we arrived! Best doughnut I have ever tried. Fresh simple and warm.

Waiting in line for the Eclipse 2017! But so worth it the donut was great and the customer service was awesome and the line went really fast. Met some wonderful people in line.

The BEST donut in town!!!
Very friendly service !!
Good fundraiser plan too !

This location is very nice!! They even offer a free mini field trip for our after school students and everyone get a small Donut for free as well!!

I love their donuts but I gave it a low star rating due to them not wanting to take anything higher than a $20 bill. They are busy all day long and have the change to give for a bill higher than a $20. I just don't think they want to waste their money on training their employees how to do drops through out the day, which is just making them loose some extra money and some customers.

The girls who obviously work there dont know the "deals" and what not that are shown on the form for the "buy more get a bigger discount" agreement. Other than that its preppy and nice there.

These magical treats taste like no other !
Light, fluffy, hot and delicious. The only negative is that a lot of people think so too. There is often a long line in the drive thru and inside.

When my wife gets that craving that only krispy Keene will satisfy we hop in the car and travel 35 minutes to get that light puffy donuts. Half the dozen are usually gone before we get home. Always warm always great. Only downfall is the individual cost of the donut vs buying the dozen. Seems like a penalty for not buying more.

Krispy Kreme is deathly delicious and and bad for someone who is trying to lose a few pounds. When you are driving past the 60 freeway you can't help but make a stop and picking up a dozen glazed donuts.
