Stopped by this morning to get a dozen donuts. The woman who helped me was over the top polite and very customer focused. My reciept says the name "Christina" she was an older woman with brown hair. I hope she gets some praise for going above and beyond to make people feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks krispy kreme!! Donuts were amazing!

Love this place!!! ❤�❤�❤�❤�❤ my son never eats a whole doughnut by himself and i took him here he always wants two! They are delicious! Best customer service!!

I was impressed with the great selection of doughnuts to choose from. The staff were all working hard with smiles & positive attitude in spite of the many customers to attend to. I enjoyed thanking the staff as I left.

Great customer service from each team member anytime of the day. Gary is always ready to support our school whether I call him a week before or the day before, he gladly takes our order and its ready on time for pick up. Our school really appreciates the Krispy Kreme fundraiser. It's a huge hit! 80-85dz sell out fast and the money raised supports new opportunities for our students. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you!!!

My husband had his FIRST Krispy Kreme today! I was so excited as I remembered them from years ago as being warm and creamy, very divine. We ordered a dozen! I was so disappointed that they weren't fresh and warm as I remembered. He looked at me and said, 'It's only a glazed donut!' I guess everything changes over the years and I was sad that Krispy Kremes are really just glazed donuts afterall.

I was excited to purchase & enjoy a glazed donut but shortly after my purchase; I was disappointed. The glazed donut didn't seem fresh; the special "eclipse" donut was a total melt down with chocolate running down my fingers �

Drove across town the day they released the Reese's Peanut Butter doughnuts. Aaaaand they were out. How can you not realize that the first day you unveil something like this there will be very high demand? Poor planning.

Been there twice recently, both times disappointed. The glazed were fresh, but the flavored ones tasted stale. Didn't used to have that problem. Probably won't be going back any time soon �

Went to go get some doughnuts after we drove from chino hills late at night all me and my daughter wanted were some doughnuts and thought hey dad would be happy if we brought home an early Father's Day gift of his favorite doughnuts but they said they were out of all the filled doughnuts so basically they had none so needless to say no doughnuts my daughter and I were so disappointed and no doughnuts for her dad!

So how does one go thru your drivethru. Order a glaze twist,a glaze with chocolate topping, a raspberry filled and a creme filled. Person inside repeats what you ordered. You get to window pay for get a box. Go home and open it up to 6 glazed donuts. Look at the receipt and it shows 2 original glazed and 2 raspberry filled. Hello? Hmmm....

How disappointing. We just left there about 10 minutes ago. The woman on the intercom kept getting confused with our order. Our donuts weren't hot or even the slightest bit warm... and our Coffee Bean Ice Blendeds tasted horrible. We won't be returning.
