I called in an order of a dozen donuts today and after work went through the drive- thru and picked it up. Excellent service. The glaze is fluffy sweet donut and the gingerbread one ius flavor without the snap which I liked better than cookies. I have a new tradition.

I gave you five stars because Deme seems to know a lot answered my questions told me there product were kosher . I don't eat donuts or any American junks 🙃😖 I was invited by special teams who cared me a lot and this had to be kosher for me to taste 😐🙄.

This Krispy Kreme has always had awesome customer service. I love taking my kids here or stopping in for a dozen doughnuts!

Just came in today JULY 26th 2017 and had a GREAT experience here ! I loved that we walked in and were greeted by ANGELA . THANK YOU FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL

Krispy Kreme has the best glazed donuts​, hands down. Everything is on display including the baking process, that was pretty cool.

Friendly service and tasty donuts. However the donuts are $1 each, and they are not large.

No sense of urgency by staff, and poor communication makes for a very frustrating, and delayed walk-in experience.

It's not uncommon to see 3 employees assisting a drive thru guest while the counter line snakes around with 1 employee helping, and then shuffling over to the register to ring people up.

Follow-up: What are numbers? These people do not know. "I'd like one original." "Two original?" "No, one." Second visit. "I'd like 13 original." "You want 13, or 13 dozen?" Let's focus on figuring out what numbers mean and how they work.

Acceptance of coupons aren't universal, so don't be surprised if your local branch denies your legitimate coupons. Employees aren't the "Kreme" of the crop. I've had so many difficulties trying to use my rewards at this venue. "Sorry, the system is down." "Sorry, we have to force you to use this coupon first before you can use this coupon." When you have to troubleshoot the options for yourself then you know something is wrong with management. Donuts are okay. Definitely going to a mom and pa donut shop next time.
