Krispy Kreme, get with the times. No reason for customers to wait 20 mins in line for a dozen. Invest in handheld credit card readers and send people on their way. The product is great the service is another story.

Made me remember why I liked Krispy Kreme Doughnuts when I first tried them! This location gets it right.

This is a great location. I ended up here coincidentally while visiting another store in the mall. The place is awesome. They have an elevated walkway for kids to observe the donut making process and on top of it all they we're giving away whole donuts as samples. They were incredibly busy for a Friday night but the atmosphere was vibrant and elated. This is a special place in the middle of Los Angeles.

Been here multiple times. On average, the lines move a bit slow for my pace and they've run out of certain donuts a few times. They've even run out of original glazed, which is crazy! But the staff is always nice and the donuts...well, I haven't done a drug yet that's nearly as addictive. And I've done a lot of drugs. A lot.

I come to this Krispy Kreme all the time when i come to Burbank. Tonight around 9:50pm the girl taking order was rude and had no patience. I know it was already late, but I think they need some customer service training. We could hear over the intercom what she said after taking our order. Once we got to the window she didn't charge us she put another male employee to charge us. From the window we could see her flipping off the guy who charged us while we waited for our order. Guess she doesn't respect her co-workers if she doesn't care that the customers can see through the window.

I love this place! I do not go too often because calories...amirite! The donuts are delicious though! They are also always so friendly!

Great doughnuts. Service from Daniel was excellent. Great eclipse doughnuts. Very tasty.

some of the best donuts and probably the worst for you. but you only live once. be prepared for a long wait both in store and drive thru. HINT: creme filled are the best!

Great kosher Krispy Kreme where they make the donuts in front of you and you can get a free sample.
Also has Coffee Bean inside.

Fast and friendly! They not only gave me a hot and ready but also a sample of a yummy Oreo shake! Thank you Burbank Krispy Kreme!

Fresh donuts never get fresher than this place, great holiday season decorated donuts, love the coffee shop too!, nice sitting area indoor and outdoor + drive thru!!

The manager is awesome! I asked if they have sugar-free donuts and recommended that I try an unglazed free of charge.

It's a donut and coffee place do I need to say more. There's a place to eat out side if you like.

Superhero day and Pirate day they hand out free donuts to all who dress up in costumes! We got 3 dozen free glazed donuts just for having 3 of us in costume! It's so cool how you can watch the donuts being made through the glass windows as you wait in line. They take your order at the first counter and then gather them and you pay at the further counter to the right. Friendly and fun staff make this a fun place to visit. There's even a drive thru window to order from your car! I've never seen any other donut shop with a drive thru! LOVE THIS PLACE!
